Eurogamer.net and Capcom are proud to announce that Resident Evil 5, one of the most highly anticipated games of 2009, will debut for the first time in the UK at Eurogamer Expo.

Playable at the Expo on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Resident Evil 5 moves the survival horror series to Africa. Veteran zombie-hunter Chris Redfield is back, teaming up with new playable character Sheva Alomar for a revolutionary new co-op mode. With greater levels of realism and control, Resident Evil 5 is certain to bring new fans to the series.

Fans of Capcom's Street Fighter have also got plenty to look forward to. Street Fighter IV will now be playable at the Expo on Xbox 360, as well as on six arcade machines. Feeling a bit more old school? How about Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, also playable on Xbox Live Arcade.

Eurogamer Expo takes place at the Old Truman Brewery in London on October 28th and 29th, from 11am to 10pm each day. Tickets are now on sale and cost just £5 per day, with all proceeds after credit card processing fees going to UK videogames charity GamesAid. Visitors must be aged 15 or over to enter.

Tickets also admit visitors to the GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair, with 20 exhibitors attending including Lionhead, Crytek, Relentless Software, Realtime Worlds, Starbreeze, Ubisoft, SEGA Europe and Microsoft Game Studios.

Grand Theft Auto IV
January 6, 2009
After six months from the first review on Games32 regarding the XBOX 360 version of Grand Theft Auto IV, I was eager to test myself what exactly has to offer this game. Two weeks ago I put my hands on a PC copy, hoping to discover why was this game so acclaimed and why many of the critics considered it to be one of the best games from the modern era. And I'm pretty sure that somehow I've figured it out.  [...]

Hired Guns: The Jagged Edge
December 17, 2008
The latest addition to the Jagged Alliance series, although developed by a different company and having a slightly different title, tries and succeeds to some extent, in preserving the authentic feeling of a classical turn-based tactical game. Severe aiming problems and a handful of bugs that plague the entire gameplay are hurting Hired Guns and we can only hope they'll be dealt with in the upcoming patches.  [...]

Sacred 2: Fallen Angel
December 12, 2008
The world of Ancaria just got bigger and more magical than ever after a four years wait and intense development with Sacred 2, the latest baby from Ascaron. This second game wearing the Sacred name brings a lot of improvements and new things to the franchise, starting with a brand new full 3D graphic engine, and ending up with a lot of changes in the crafting, leveling and skill trees. But...  [...]

Motorm4x

Developed by former guys from Illusion Softworks (known for Mafia), MOTORM4X is a mixture of 1NSANE and Screamer 4x4. Keeping in mind these were off-road racing games, MOTORM4X follows the same idea, featuring non-linear events (similar to GTA concept) and a physics engine that might excel even Baja: Edge of Control.  [...]

PT Boats: Knights of the Sea
October 3, 2008
I was among the lucky few who got the chance of playing the demo version of the highly anticipated title from Akella: "PT Boats: Knights of the Sea", and I must say this naval combat simulator has all the assets needed to become the next big thing in the genre industry. The dazzling graphics, complex yet accessible gameplay, real life inspired scenarios and the unique flavor of a maritime confrontation all in the background of the ever intriguing World War 2 concur in creating a game of huge potential.  [...]

James Bond: Quantum of Solace the Game
September 25, 2008
I was really impressed when I saw the gameplay on the new James Bond video game. I believe things are finally looking up for gamers who want to see their favorite movies on their computers or consoles. And that's because the developers are paying more attention and the big movie companies understand the profit to be made out of this. Plus, they understand that they can't just shove down a dev's throat a game project two month before the movie released and say "have it done by then".  [...]
