Harmonix is known for their Guitar Hero series. So the next step in their evolution should be a new music game. So two days ago, along with Electronic Arts and MTV they announced their new baby: Rock Band. The difference between Guitar Hero and Rock Band is that while in the first you use a special guitar peripheral, in the second you can use also a drums, and bass peripheral. And in addition you can even sing. All these actions can be done simultaneously in a split screen mode. So gather your friends and found a band. The good news is that the old peripherals from Guitar Hero are compatible also with this game.
