Day 3 was the Atari day for us, with a few important sidequests. We woke up early in the morning to get to the Bethesda booth, for none other than Fallout 3.

And they've had the most interesting, straight to the point presentation this year: after a brief moment where a nice young lady wearing the Vault 101 suit with high heels offered us some refreshments, you got free access to the game. Both PC and Xbox 360 versions could be tested, and there wasn't a big difference between them.

I won't bore you with the details… you'll have plenty of time to get bored when I publish the preview. Moving on, at Atari we moved from booth to booth and saw:

Heroes over Europe is (kind of) the sequel of Heroes of the Pacific, a more arcade flight game that takes place during - you guessed it - Word War II. It's actually pretty cool and cinematic, with some interesting innovations I'm looking forward to check out more.

RACE Pro was next on the list; the hardcore racing simulation game is making its way to the Xbox 360 this fall. Mr. Magnus Ling, Vice President of SimBin was very kind and even took a picture with us. Well, with Flaviu.

The second expansion pack for Neverwinter Nights 2 is coming this November as well, and we've been to that presentation as well.

Finally for Atari there was Codename Panzers: Cold War. Ivan Nicoara, Multiplayer Designer from InnoGlow guided us through a few missions in the upcoming RTS game.

We've moved on and passed the millionth time next to the forever joyful kitty-cat girls from SEGA's "Samba de Amigo". I should have a picture of them somewhere around… Hmm… SAMBAAAaaa! Hmmm... Can't find them, here's some Atari girls instead:

Monte Cristo games presented this exciting new project: Cities XL. A combination between Sim City, Transport Tycoon and Sims if I may say so… plus Google Earth. It looks very interesting and it plays well on the net too.

But probably the longest time we spent today was at the Frogster booth. They were presenting Runes of Magic, their upcoming Free to Play MMORPG in detail.

We ended the day in the glory of Vault 101, the Fallout 3 presentation place in Hall 5. There everyone could see the first minutes of the game played by a developer. Purified water and vault t-shirts were shared for the entire population.

When we left, the public places were very crowded, and a lot of "angry" packs of gamers were screaming louder and louder for a couple of free t-shirts a random announcer promised them. Bye!
