Print Feral Interactive has today announced Friday, November 28th as the worldwide release date for the Mac version of LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, a captivating take on the cinematic adventures of Hollywood’s iconic archaeologist.
Developed by TT Games and LucasArts - the same people behind LEGO Star Wars II - LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures takes the fun and creative construction of LEGO bricks and combines it with the wit, daring and non-stop action of the original movies.
With a unique tongue-in-cheek take on the original adventures, LEGO Indiana Jones follows Indy’s escapades through the jungles of South America to the mountaintops of India. Players can build and battle their way through their favourite cinematic moments, from Indy’s entanglements with snakes to his dashing boulder run.
"With the extra benefit of Lego Indiana Jones running on all Intel Macs including MacBooks, we are proud to be bringing another great title from TTGames and LucasArts to the Mac platform” said Feral Interactive’s David Stephen.
“We’re delighted to be bringing LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures to the Mac,” said Garry Edwards, Business Development Director of TT Games. “The winning combination of charming humour, intuitive puzzles and continent hopping adventure has been a great success and now everyone can enjoy it.”
The game will retail in North America for US $39.95, £29.95 (inc VAT) in the UK and €39.95 (inc VAT) throughout Europe. It is currently available to pre-order from Feral's online store (http://www.feralinteractive.com/?section=buy&language=english).
Minimum system requirements call for a 1.8GHz Intel Mac only, 512MB RAM, 128MB graphics card, DVD drive and Mac OS X v10.4.10 or later.

And then of course some more, the action takes us a bit more into the future, showing just a sneak peak of the shape of things to come.

Sins of a Solar Empire
The stellar "Sins of a Solar Empire" hits our PCs with a unique interesting new combination of game genres and a few cool ideas that should draw the attention of quite a few strategy fans. The newcomer Ironclad Games managed the impossible and created a competitive title indeed. But aside from all the prays and high marks this game received overall, its approach on RTS and the mix of elements it brings, one can find some things that will bother a few players and that will eventually influence the grades of this review. Ok, let's take it from the top.

I thought a bit about how to start this. While saying that Silent Hunter IV is the best submarine simulator out there is true, it doesn't mean much, especially for new players. Saying it is one of the best simulator games out there is again accurate, but again, a bit of an understatement. Why? Well because... despite the high complexity and realism involved, Ubisoft Romania managed to develop a game that is appealing to the beginners as well, in a certain degree.

GC: Disciples 3: Renaissance
We were able to take part in 2 battles and what we saw pleased us. The transition to the 3D helped the game and gave it a better view on the battlefield. You can move the camera and this way you get a better look at the action. The units are amazing and their animations are clean and good looking. Same goes for spells and effects: you will love what you see.

Race 07
So here I am back on the road with a BMW. This time in Race 07 demo. The only racing-simulation game that really impressed me at GC. But only with the help of the Steam client which probably will become the "god" of online distribution! Anyway a big minus for this decision of playing the game only through Steam.

Lego universe exceeded even the wildest expectations in terms of popularity so
after the tremendous success of Lego Star Wars,
it was quite predictable for Lucas Art to make a second attempt with
another famous movie franchise. The result is an even better game, more
polished and definitely better looking, who offers a welcomed opportunity for
the fans of the Indiana Jones series to relive some great action scenes from
the actual movie while playing those neat Lego characters in a familiar
environment.
