NCsoft Europe presents the latest Lineage II: The Chaotic Throne - Gracia feature in which the developers discuss, in-depth, how they have improved many of the skills and increased the amount of inventory items so that playing Lineage II is even more fun and exciting than ever before.
Part of the notion of a quicker, more accessible and fun Lineage II with the release of Gracia doesn’t involve just faster leveling. We’ve improved many of the skills so that playing Lineage II is even more fun and exciting than ever before. The amount of inventory items has increased greatly—we’ve filled up the lower tier of items so new players can get decent gear a lot sooner, added new tier weapons to shops and even the chance of refining items into more rare and valuable items. Finally, we’ve spruced up some of the hunting areas in the game, like the Cruma Tower, so players can get more use out of them.
The skill system has undergone many changes, all for much for the better. The idea is to let skills help players in battle a lot more, enabling them to defeat more, tougher opponents, support each other better in raids, and let them advance in status quicker. Generally, all short-ranged physical skills now enjoy a boost in power along with a reduction in MP cost. In other words, they hit harder for a lot less mana. A couple of popular, useable skills like “Escape Shackle” have reduced casting times as well. Kamael skills can now be used without souls (though the more souls you use, the more powerful they are), which is a nice boon to our newest race. We’ve also increased the critical damage rate for magic across the board.
Lots of class specific skills have been added, like “Steal Mana” for the Prophet (which lets you recover MP while striking) or “Repair Golem”, which by the way is one of ten new skills for the Warsmith. All Kamael classes get a new “Fast Recovery” skill at level 43 that increases HP, MP and CP regeneration. We added some existing skills to other classes (Phantom Summoners can now use “Death Spike” and Bounty Hunters can use “Crystallize”
. All Knights will get a particular boost in Gracia with the new “Vanguard” skill (available at level 43) that offers powerful attack skills utilizing a two-handed sword or dual-sword. Similarly all Healer classes will benefit from the “Inquisitor” skills (available at level 44), which bring a variety of attack-related skills to a class that’s not totally used to being on the offensive.
Item crafting has also received a bit of an upgrade; when crafting, there’s a chance the player could create two items from one set of materials. There’s also a chance that the item crafted could be a Foundation item, a special item type that can’t be equipped, enchanted or crystallized. However, it can be refined into a Rare item by the Blacksmith of Mammon (you’ll need a Mammon Polish Hardener as well). Rare items are marked in yellow text, and they can be enchanted, refined, crystallized or subjected to other item enhancing abilities. They typically have certain characteristics, depending on their level, which activates as a buff of one type or another (Rare weapons may get an increase in accuracy or critical hit rate, and Rare armor may increase defense or resistance to shock).
Finally, in Gracia we’ve revised a couple of hunting areas so players can get a lot more use out of them. Top of the list is the Cruma Tower, which we’ve altered to offer some of the best rewards for that level of difficulty. It’s optimized for five-member parties, with level 43 required for the first level and level 50 for the second (the max level you can have is 55). Specialized event monsters will spawn for each level, and the rewards are again top notch for that player level. A couple of other areas have undergone some renovation to make them more solo friendly, including Outlaw Forest, Garden of Beasts and Varka Silenos Outpost.

Although it does not include all the patch notes, I thought I'd add this now so you get the general idea of what will change in the next major World of Warcraft Patch 2.4.0.

Welcome back, LEGION. Indeed, Joe Kucan is back, portraying the legendary self-proclaimed prophet Kane, through 20 years of Command and Conquer history: past, present and future. The 13 missions spread story explains what happened to the Brotherhood of Nod right after the Second Tiberium War, and fill the history gap left by the original Command and Conquer 3. And then of course some more, the action takes us a bit more into the future, showing just a sneak peak of the shape of things to come.

The stellar "Sins of a Solar Empire" hits our PCs with a unique interesting new combination of game genres and a few cool ideas that should draw the attention of quite a few strategy fans. The newcomer Ironclad Games managed the impossible and created a competitive title indeed. But aside from all the prays and high marks this game received overall, its approach on RTS and the mix of elements it brings, one can find some things that will bother a few players and that will eventually influence the grades of this review. Ok, let's take it from the top.
Sherlock Holmes, the worlds` greatest detective, created by Arthur Conan Doyle is about to face his biggest challenge so far: Arsene Lupin, the worlds` greatest thief, created by Maurice Leblanc. Who is going to win this battle of wits? Who is going to be victorious, and, most importantly, who would you like to see as the winner?
I thought a bit about how to start this. While saying that Silent Hunter IV is the best submarine simulator out there is true, it doesn't mean much, especially for new players. Saying it is one of the best simulator games out there is again accurate, but again, a bit of an understatement. Why? Well because... despite the high complexity and realism involved, Ubisoft Romania managed to develop a game that is appealing to the beginners as well, in a certain degree.
Lineage II had it share of success. At the time the game was released, it was one of the most beautiful MMOG on the market. To take its place as the most beautiful MMOG, the Ragnarok Online (or RO) developers from imcGames created Sword of the New World: Granado Espada.
We were able to take part in 2 battles and what we saw pleased us. The transition to the 3D helped the game and gave it a better view on the battlefield. You can move the camera and this way you get a better look at the action. The units are amazing and their animations are clean and good looking. Same goes for spells and effects: you will love what you see.
Last week I began to search some new independent games. Suddenly I stumbled upon this interesting racing game called Nitro Stunt Racing. The title sounds non-original but the content tends to be if not original, at least interesting.
In a perfect world, everything is controlled by a balance between Chaos and Order. But what happens if things start to get messy and a great evil is about to unleash an epic conflict onto the universe? This is what NCsoft decided to unveil and also explain why Aion is a MMO bound to have success.
So here I am back on the road with a BMW. This time in Race 07 demo. The only racing-simulation game that really impressed me at GC. But only with the help of the Steam client which probably will become the "god" of online distribution! Anyway a big minus for this decision of playing the game only through Steam.

Just for you, some Medieval 2 cheats.
| Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle April 17, 2007 Disappointing. I've heard so much about this game, so I was really excited when I had to test it. Unfortunately, the excitement faded off pretty fast. I am sure though this game was something in 2004, when it was released in North America.
