Print Akella is a company that has been in business since 1993. The company
was started by a group of enthusiastic people who got together to
develop the domestic gaming industry. During the early nineties it was
not easy to put together a successful company and succeed in the
industry that at the time was dominated by software pirates. Akella has
proven that they can weather the most difficult conditions and continue
to grow and develop having opened branches in many Russian cities.
Today Akella is one of the largest domestic companies specializing in design, publication and distribution of computer games and multimedia products. At Russian Game Developer's Conference 2008 Akella won in the category "Best publisher company" given as recognition of their work over the past year and for their contribution to the gaming industry.
