VunderLAN 3.0 Lan Party - News

Print After the great success of first and second gaming event of VunderLAN, LucidLAN.com has teamed up with Compleet-IS to bring the third gaming event with the great success of its predecessors with improved gaming experience and fun.
This time the LAN party will be organized in the Suncrest Hotel situated at Qawra – Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean. This year's event will hold 121 participants include the best online gaming clans in the Maltese islands. The event will be organized on the 5,6,7,8 September 2008.
The event will be sponsored by many partners who are constantly increasing. Some of them are GFI Software ltd, AllSpammedUP.com, Zotac, Sapphire, CoolerMaster, Hiper, Freecom, Enermax, AMD/ATI, Haptx, GO, Compleet-IS, Swatar Training Centre, Powerade, Microsoft and Klikk/Nintendo. Noel Pulis, Owner/manager said "VunderLAN 3.0 will be a great event with a lot of fun and great prizes. It will be hosted in the Luxury of 'Suncrest' hotel and many sponsors have popped in to give the best prizes to the gamers. VunderLAN 3.0 is the event that will move Malta that extra step ahead in the gaming scene around the world."
The event will feature a full 24 hour event spread into four days providing a great experience for the participants and visitors. The main competitions of the event will be as follows along with the great lineup of prizes assigned with a consolation prize for the second classified clan/gamer.

The controller is a revolution of gaming since it involves and immerses the user into the game enabling the player interact with the character and not just a keyboard and mouse, but with a difference of force feedback where it isn't just a vibration effect but it will literately move your hand, whether you get pushed around or the recoil of a shotgun.

Innovation is a concept which LucidLAN.com works hard when organizing events. In fact, for this years' competition, a cinema/TV area will be provided where gamers, CCTV will be in action for that extra security, drinks and food will be served with vending machines with some new experience of having a Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS where players can relax from the competitions.
