Legendary Pictures is already handling of another very anticipated Blizzard project: a World of Warcraft film. Recently, under the “Coming Soon” section, the production company lists another popular video game based film: Diablo.
In 2001, Blizzard successfully filed an injunction against New Line Cinema, demanding the Warner Bros. subsidiary cease its usage of the word "Diablo" as the title of one of its films. At the time, Blizzard substantiated its suit by claiming that it had its own Diablo-related film in the works. New Line released its own work as A Man Apart in 2003.
After successful titles like Frank Miller's 300 or Batman Begins that came from Legendary Pictures, Blizzard fans can only hope that both “World of Warcraft” and “Diablo” movies will be a big hit.

| Pure October 10, 2008 Disney Interactive Studios decided to take a major turn in their usual games style by creating something different, something that if you consider, cannot even stand besides the Disney name. I'm talking about Pure, an off-road ATV video game for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, that stands out from the Disney's catalogue full of kids games or games based on major cartoon movies.

| Crysis Warhead October 2, 2008 Like in Star Trek, Crytek decided they should have an all
race, gender and color policy when choosing their main hero, but without having
anything against that I have to congratulate them for the choice in this second
game. They've managed through storytelling, smart dialogs and more
action-oriented gameplay to create a strong character with James Bond-ish
features. He's cool, doesn't lose his calm, has a witty remark for everything
and knows how to blow things up. Maybe he even drinks martinis, we're not sure
yet.

| PT Boats: Knights of the Sea October 3, 2008 I was among the lucky few who got the chance of playing the demo version of the highly anticipated title from Akella: "PT Boats: Knights of the Sea", and I must say this naval combat simulator has all the assets needed to become the next big thing in the genre industry. The dazzling graphics, complex yet accessible gameplay, real life inspired scenarios and the unique flavor of a maritime confrontation all in the background of the ever intriguing World War 2 concur in creating a game of huge potential.

| James Bond: Quantum of Solace the Game September 25, 2008
I was really impressed when I saw the gameplay on the new
James Bond video game. I believe things are finally looking up for gamers who
want to see their favorite movies on their computers or consoles. And that's
because the developers are paying more attention and the big movie companies
understand the profit to be made out of this. Plus, they understand that they
can't just shove down a dev's throat a game project two month before the movie
released and say "have it done by then".

| GC - Fuel September 17, 2008
"Give me Fuel,
Give me Fire
Give that which I desire..."
said James Hetfield somewhere in 1997. We don't need fuel (or?!), we need a good game from the godfathers of Dirt and Grid, Codemasters. Fuel might be the pretender.
