There are moments when I wish to sit down, relax and enjoy a good interactive story with some good old puzzles implemented in a point'n'click manner. Most of the present games from this genre bring a slightly commercial approach so that even casual gamers are able to play them. Sometimes there are exceptions. A Stroke of Fate is one of them.

Developed by Akella and .dat, Disiples III uses the new VirtualDream
engine to bring good looking 3D graphics and animation to the franchise. For
the first time, players will have the opportunity of savoring full 3D battles
in which terrain and unit positioning matters a lot more than in any of the
previous games in the series.

Any encounter with Paul Motion is a fast experience. He thinks fast, he talks even faster, and he is loud. But who is this guy? Producer of Heroes over Europe the sequel to Heroes over Pacific, a trademark for all the good arcade-dogfight air combat games. And like his master, the game looks and feels spectacular in the most high-definition environment ever used in such games.

After the fiasco that was (or is) Hellgate London, I was not
exactly eager to try another RPG from Flagship Studios, but since I had nothing
else to do, I decided to give it a try. The closed beta status of the game
meant it wasn`t exactly easy to get an account to play, but I managed to do so,
just in time... Most games go from a closed beta status to an open beta status and
then alpha and so on, but Mythos unfortunately is an exception. Why? Read on to
find out.

One of the best real-time strategy games ever and definitely
the most dynamic and balanced, Starcraft is already a famous brand that is
known and appreciated worldwide. It's been quite a while since Blizzard
released the Brood War expansion and fans from all over the world were waiting
ever since for the next addition to the franchise.
