Battlefield Bad Company 2 - Game Review (PC)

Battlefield Bad Company 2
The Battlefield franchise has been one of the few to preserve the high standards in multiplayer and somehow succeeded in coming up fresh all the time. Bad Company added some extra flavor with the brilliant singleplayer campaign, so it's only natural that the sequel was highly anticipated. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 might not be a giant leap forward from the previous title but it is still an excellent game, that will please both the dedicated fans and the newcomers who are bound to enjoy every minute of this sequel.

NecroVision: Lost Company - Game Review (PC)

NecroVision Lost Company
It's an amazing thing that actually The Farm 51 were able to create a prequel to their old-school zombie shooter in this hard times when even a blockbuster creator like Infinty Ward (for instance) are on the brink of collapse. But I assume the zombies' subject is still a popular and cheap element to exploit. NecroVision : Lost Company is slightly better than the original, but is still a mediocre game which scores at the gore section but brings nothing new.

Gratuitous Space Battles The Order Expansion Pack - Game Review (PC)

Gratuitous Space Battles The Order Expansion Pack
Most videogames featuring large scale battles involving hefty fleets colliding in space, perceive the initial setup as nothing more then a prelude for the actual combat. Gratuitous Space Battles on the other hand focuses entirely on designing and deploying a balanced armada that is capable of annihilating the enemy fleet on its own. Once the battleships are in position, the orders have been issued and the fight commences, all you can do is sit back and enjoy the fireworks. Suffice to say this is one amazing show.

Mass Effect 2 - Game Review (PC)

Mass Effect 2
Mass Effect 2 is the comeback of one of our most beloved games we ever played here at Games32, and the highest rated review to date. While everyone reckons nothing is perfect, Mass Effect managed to be such a fun and enjoyable game for a wide variety of players that is really pointless to point out flaws and one is better off showing how much this game - or rather how much you, as a player, can accomplish through it.

Aliens vs Predator - Game Review (PC)

Aliens vs Predator
Aliens are now widespread creatures in both videogames and movies, but a franchise depicting an epic struggle between two vicious predators from outer space was destined to stir up enthusiasm. For the first time, humans are presented as collateral damage although this time, the underdogs are very resilient and determined to fight back. It's an intriguing premise which unfortunately, lead to a string of mediocre videogames and an image SEGA's latest product hopes to erase for good.

Star Trek Online - Game Review (PC)

Star Trek Online
Star Trek Online is an odd piece of work. Even if it was released much too early, and many bugs plague this game while the content is seriously lacking, there is a fun, addictive aspect to it that can't quite be explained. This is probably why it seems to have, at least for the moment, a strong player base that are dying to get their hands on more Star Trek stuff. It could be the franchise as a whole, could be the bored EVE or WoW fans having a go at it, but whatever it is, it is working.

Bioshock 2 - Game Review (PC)

Bioshock 2
If something works don't fix and if something was done to perfection, don't try and redo it. These everlasting truths showed their value over and over again, but 2K Marin proved without a doubt that there is always room for better. It's not profit hunting or the desire to capitalize on a brand that lead to Bioshock 2, but the genuine belief that a remarkable sequel can be developed, one which would capture the very fragrance that made the world of Rapture such an iconic universe.

Vancouver 2010
Every two years, our hearts are supposed to be filled by the Olympic spirit, as winter and summer events kick off and the best athletes in the world compete for medals and glory. Videogame developers can't possibly miss such an opportunity to cash in on these sports events, but so far the results have been nothing short of inadequate.

What is interesting and unique about STO is that you have two separate stages of gameplay: the space stage - where you command your own starship and use it to fight your way through and investigate various situations, but also to move from one sector of the galaxy to another of course; and the ground stage - where your away team teleports to a planet, station or boards a ship and tries to solve problems more delicately, although most missions still result in firefights to be honest, because well... that's so exciting.  [...]

I've only had the opportunity of testing a pre-release beta version of Cliff "Cliffski" Harris' Gratuitous Space Battles, but I can tell you I've had great fun with it. September 8, 2009
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm promises to be one of the turning points for the Warcraft universe, not only advancing the story and lore, but also offering a new and more beginner friendly experience to new players who are just starting up on the game. That said, it is obvious veteran players haven't been forgotten, and as I've seen from this year's Blizzcon, everyone will be happy to know development work looks quite advanced, and we can probably expect this pack to arrive probably sooner than later.  [...]
