Print Strong Bad's Cool Game 4 Attractive People - Episode 2 is now out with a new story and cartoon featured characters. In "Strong Badia The Free" it`s all about the dispute between Strong Bad and The King of Town who shall be referred only as the "The of Town". If you don't know what this game is about you should read the SBCG4AP - Episode 1 review to get the idea. Strong Bad is the creation of the Chapman brothers, along with every other character that appears in this game and the story for Strong Badia the Free is written by Chuck Jordan, the same person who worked for Sam and Max Episode 2.
The story begins when The King of Town puts a tax on emails. So whenever Strong Bad sends or receives an email he must pay the King of Town one Creamy Ding Snack Cake. As Strong Bad is not willing to pay this tax, he is put on house arrest. After breaking free from his "imprisonment", he starts gathering followers to put an end to the KoT reign. But to get to the King of Town, there is a long way to go.
There are 9 territories in the game, each belonging to specific characters. There is Strong Badia (Strong Bad), The Cheat and Tirerea (The Cheat), Bleak House (Strong Sad), Concessionstan (Bubs), Homesar Reservation (the new character from the game, the floating headless Homesar), Country (Strong Mad), Pompomerania (Pom Pom), Marzistar (Homestar and Marzipan's territory) and The Castle (which belongs to the King of Town of course).
Again, Strong Bad's quest for conquest begins in Strong Badia all the way to The Castle where the score must be settled with The of Town. Episode 2 brings some characters forward like Strong Sad, Strong Mad or The King of Town (who had little or no interaction in the story of Homestar Ruiner - Episode 1) and sends others to the back of the show (Marzipan, Homestar). This point and click adventure is more difficult than its predecessor, with more collectibles and stuff to do.
If you are a fan of Homestar comics, then you should know about the Teen Girl Squad. If not, let me tell you. Teen Girl Squad is a comic book created by Strong Bad that features 4 girls, Cheerleader, So and So, What's her face? and The Ugly One! In this episode, we have Cave Girl Squad which has basically the same idea, meaning you have to get rid of each girl in the funniest way to earn the big points.
The other mini-game is Math Kickers featuring The AlgeBros , another arcade game where two brothers must solve a series of mathematic equations and algorithms in a more brutal way, that is by kicking some ninja but. Along the game, you can find secret moves that will facilitate your way through the game, earning lots of points, this adding to the total awesomeness level.
If you want to complete the game on fast-forward, this can be done in about 5 hours of gameplay. But if you are a perfectionist or really want to enjoy the game, about 7-8 hours should be enough to find all the hidden treasures, flags and achieve best high score in the mini-games.
Episode 2 – Strong Badia the Free didn't fail to entertain, and it's needless to say that Strong Bad's humor is the best I've seen in any game out there. Fans will be pleased once again, and new comers will have a good adventure game in their hands. If you don't have it yet, hurry up and pay the $8.95 for this particular episode or $34.95 for the whole season. Looking forward to get my hands on the next episode. Cheers.

Welcome back, LEGION. Indeed, Joe Kucan is back, portraying the legendary self-proclaimed prophet Kane, through 20 years of Command and Conquer history: past, present and future. The 13 missions spread story explains what happened to the Brotherhood of Nod right after the Second Tiberium War, and fill the history gap left by the original Command and Conquer 3. And then of course some more, the action takes us a bit more into the future, showing just a sneak peak of the shape of things to come.

The stellar "Sins of a Solar Empire" hits our PCs with a unique interesting new combination of game genres and a few cool ideas that should draw the attention of quite a few strategy fans. The newcomer Ironclad Games managed the impossible and created a competitive title indeed. But aside from all the prays and high marks this game received overall, its approach on RTS and the mix of elements it brings, one can find some things that will bother a few players and that will eventually influence the grades of this review. Ok, let's take it from the top.
Sherlock Holmes, the worlds` greatest detective, created by Arthur Conan Doyle is about to face his biggest challenge so far: Arsene Lupin, the worlds` greatest thief, created by Maurice Leblanc. Who is going to win this battle of wits? Who is going to be victorious, and, most importantly, who would you like to see as the winner?
I thought a bit about how to start this. While saying that Silent Hunter IV is the best submarine simulator out there is true, it doesn't mean much, especially for new players. Saying it is one of the best simulator games out there is again accurate, but again, a bit of an understatement. Why? Well because... despite the high complexity and realism involved, Ubisoft Romania managed to develop a game that is appealing to the beginners as well, in a certain degree.
Lineage II had it share of success. At the time the game was released, it was one of the most beautiful MMOG on the market. To take its place as the most beautiful MMOG, the Ragnarok Online (or RO) developers from imcGames created Sword of the New World: Granado Espada.
We were able to take part in 2 battles and what we saw pleased us. The transition to the 3D helped the game and gave it a better view on the battlefield. You can move the camera and this way you get a better look at the action. The units are amazing and their animations are clean and good looking. Same goes for spells and effects: you will love what you see.
Last week I began to search some new independent games. Suddenly I stumbled upon this interesting racing game called Nitro Stunt Racing. The title sounds non-original but the content tends to be if not original, at least interesting.

So here I am back on the road with a BMW. This time in Race 07 demo. The only racing-simulation game that really impressed me at GC. But only with the help of the Steam client which probably will become the "god" of online distribution! Anyway a big minus for this decision of playing the game only through Steam.
