1. Admitting to owning Warez or asking for warez and NO-CD Cracks are not allowed on the Games32.com forums. The only thing these subjects are good for is to promote thievery and/or make video game developers have to spend more money to fix the games which in turn costs us the consumers more money.

Permanent unconditional bans will be instituted if rule one is broken. If you find this action harsh and will not follow it then we are sorry to see you go.

Certain instances of NO-CD cracks are allowed, the staff will use our judgment on which instances those are.

2. Attempting to access or accessing an account that does not belong to you will not be tolerated, protecting users is important to Games32.com.

Permanent unconditional ban will be instituted if a user/staff account is accessed by someone other then themselves.

3. Chat logs, IM logs, PM logs, anything that is held between one or a group of people outside of the Games32.com forums will not be allowed to be posted on the forums with or without consent. Disclosing information from private meetings could lead to leaked information that you would have otherwise wanted to keep secret.

The post will be deleted and poster warned or worse depending on the content of the post. Following infractions will be met by stiffer penalties.

4. Posting another users personal information is not allowed, not only can the user push legal action on you for posting there information but so can Games32.com. An action this disrespectful can only be met with a permanent ban, no ifs, ands, or buts.

5. Racism is one of the worst crimes on the world boards of the Games32.com forums, NO RACIST remarks will be allowed AT ANY TIME or ANYWHERE.

Racism will give you a 2 week ban for first offense. Permanent ban will follow.

6. Spamming, posting links to questionable sites, or porn links will be immediately deleted, if you are a long time user and make a mistake you will be warned. If you are however a first time poster you will be banned permanently without warning.

7. Any attempts to hack the board will be met with a permanent ban and/or legal action.

8. Insulting or provoking a Games32.com forums staff member (moderator, admin, or special guest) will be met with an instant 2 week ban. No one likes to be insulted at work and we will make sure the staff is treated with dignity. After all, we are working here to make things better for you not us.

9. Any problems you have with a staff member will be worked out through the Games32.com forums PM system. If you feel an injustice was made on your behalf, private message to an administrator.

10. Flaming, taunting, provoking (trolling), is not welcomed on any forum. You can receive a temporary ban or permanent ban depending on the situation.

11. The official forum language is English.

12. Multiple registrations are not permitted.

13. The moderators will be the final judges of appropriate behavior within the forums. Following the rules is up to you and you alone, we only enforce them.
