Hey. I'm a Counter Strike fan and i'd like to open a topic about unbalanced maps in Counter Strike, maps like Cs_Assault that gives advantage to the Counters who have all the exits covered? I mean, Counter have everthing they need to keep the terrorists away and have webcams so they know every move terrorits make. Plus, if the terrorists hesitate to engage in battle they loose anyway because the times runs out. I'd like to hear your opinion regarding this issue  from Counter Strike. Thanks  8)

Oh gosh I haven't played Counter-Strike in ages!

Well if you ask me the two sides are not meant to be balanced like that. There are some maps where Terrorists have the upper hand while on others Counter-Terrorists have it easyer. I think the game developers encourage you to switch maps and sides often this way. It also helps a bit in creating varied maps and it makes the scenarios a bit more "real".

Besides, whoever said CS was ever balanced?!

The maps in CS might be unbalanced but I must say it's all about tactics. If there's a good coordination and understanding between players of a team, every map will turn out to be pretty easy to win.  Wink
