Can anyone tell me if there is a commentary pack for fifa 09 Pc and where is the Download location.

At the moment there is no way you can find commentaries packs for PC edition of FIFA 09. EA released these packs only for PS 3 through PS Network and for XBOX 360 through XBOX Marketplace. FIFA 09 currently features specific languages by region edition. This means you have to buy the specific region copy of the game in order to experience the commentaries in your native language (if this not English).
