The game puts you in the role of Professor Van Helsing, the renowned vampire hunter on a quest for Dracula. Hunt down history's most famous vampire, liberating the souls of all those who have crossed his evil path and preventing him from raising the dead.

Despite his handsome good looks and charming personality, Dracula was abandoned by his one true love, leading to his transformation into an evil monster. Losing faith in God and signing a pact with the Prince of Darkness, Dracula is now a blood thirsty vampire, doomed to eternal damnation.

The game portrays the conflicting characteristics of Dracula, a charismatic gentleman who possesses a dark and menacing side. In the trailer, Dracula lovingly cradles Mina's head, yet unmistakable bite marks on her neck show that moments before he was quenching his thirst for blood.
