FIFA Manager 09 has the first demo thanks to EA who wants to offer us a glimpse of their new soccer simulation game. The demo (download link) includes the first divisions of six countries, number of stadiums is limited to 4 and there are no authentic 3D player heads, no commentary, no stadium editor and no club facilities. Also the demo will end after 90 days within the game but you can load and save your game and you can continue your save game with the full game.
