Presented by Chris Ulm (Chief Development Officer High Moon Studios) and Emmanuel Valdez (Chief Creative Officer at High Moon Studios), the game really impressed me though it's just another game that has its roots from a movie. The story is not just a copy of the movie or of one of Ludlum's books, but an adaptation based on an original story exploring Bourne's life before the action of the first movie (when he was a 30 million dollar elite agent). The game tries to give an explanation to the malfunction of Bourne's career and why he became the agency's most wanted. The game will be a completion of Bourne's universe giving the fans a new experience. This is what I actually liked about this game. It's not just teh virtual representation of a movie or a book. It's just uses both as a source for building a new story.
The ingame action will be extremely alert but this will not be an impediment for the gamer because of the easy control schemes. Every gamer will be able to do lots of combos and tricks with Bourne.
The gameplay will guide the gamer from intense shooting scenes to hand-to-hand combat without ruining the simplicity of the game. Bourne can use the environment as a weapon against the enemies, and if you pay attention to the fast-action commands displayed on the monitor, you will be able to do special combos or even escape from a difficult situation.
These fast-action commands are present in the whole game and some of them have are very important in ending the game. These commands are obligatory to be done, and if you skipped one of them you have to restart the game from the last checkpoint. Otherwise the game has no huds or other statistical bars. It focuses only on action and on the easy fighting mode , which is very intuitive. Another important thing in the game is the dynamic camera view which brings a cinematic view like never before in a game. The view angle of the action always changes depending on the situation giving you the best images in order to build a realistic atmosphere.
Probably the game will become a franchise bringing new episodes in the future.
